c. Insurance:

• Adequate insurance coverage, including public liability insurance, is mandatory.

• CPCCCM2005  Use construction tools and equipment
• MEM05005  Carry out mechanical cutting
• CPCCBC4008  Supervise site communication and administration processes for building and construction projects
• BSBOPS203 Deliver a service to customers
• CPCCCA3002 Carry out setting out
• CPCPCM2048 Cut and join sheet metal, and
• CPCPRF2022 Select and install roof sheeting and wall cladding, and
• CPCCCO2013 Carry out concreting to simple forms
• CPCCCA3010 Install and replace windows and doors
• BSBESB407 Manage finances for new business ventures

b. Relevant Experience:

• Substantial experience in the construction of prefabricated metal-framed home additions and structures is essential.

b. Employee Qualifications:

• Ensuring that employees involved in the construction activities hold appropriate qualifications and certifications.
